Fantastic service from Keshav, can't recommend him highly enough! Very helpful, professional, excellent communication. We needed a plumber to remove and then refit a radiator during decorating work, Keshav was really helpful and the job was done quickly and easily. So far Keshav has replaced a stopcock for me. He was also due to replace my shower unit but there was an issue with the fit against the tiling . Keshav was extremely thoughtful in considering the options to get around this problem and took time to explain these. We agreed on the safest, most sensible option which means fixing some tiling and fitting the shower at a later date. Keshav was careful ensure that everything was safe before he left. I was very impressed. I found Keshav to be very likeable - polite, honest, considerate, careful and professional. Looking forward to the shower fit.

Keshav arrived on time and fixed my toilet exactly as requested. Despite the repair being more complicated than previously expected and therefore taking longer Keshav insisted I only paid his original quote. He was unfailingly cheerful and helpful and I will definitely use him again for any future plumbing needs I may have.
