We needed to replace our shower tray that was cracked due to wear and tear. Keshav stood out from other plumbers as he was the only plumber that said that he could safely remove the shower door. This helped a lot with keeping the costs down. Keshav is pleasant, polite and answered all our various questions relating to the shower tray replacement job. Even when unexpected complications came up during the work, Keshav tackled these challenges well and got things sorted out.

Keshav messaged me at the start of the day to let me know the exact time he would be coming and he turned up right on time. He was very good at explaining what he was going to do and keeping me informed of progress. He also cleared up after himself, unlike many tradespeople! A very fair price compared to other quotes. Overall an excellent experience and I have no hesitation in using him again and will certainly be recommending him to others. I gave scores of 9 as I believe that 10 gets ignored by market research and also looks a bit false.
