A surveyor from Kenway Ltd carried out an inspection of my rental property in my absence, for moisture on wall of first floor main bedroom. He reported to the office. Although we agreed that he would copy me into the report, this didn’t happen. Apart from this the inspection and advise was good.😊

We instructed Kenway Ltd to carry out some works for us, we are a company located in Berkshire and the property we owned was located in Highams Park E4 area. They were very responsive when requested to provide a quotation and were very helpful when they were contacted to go through the quotation. Mick and Becky very very helpful and I would recommend them highly as a company. The property has today completed and they have advised if the new owner has any issues - they are more than happy to revisit.

I Have often reviewed this Company and each time it gets better and better This time it was for Dry Rot in one day Mick who is in my opinion a top class worker very helpful kind and knows his job so well He came out to me on Christmas Eve to inspect the property and make it safe told me the company would be back at work on5/Jan told me they were fully booked until February but would do his best to help us as always true to his usual word first day back he phoned me and said he would come the next day. As always true he was there ripped out the bedroom floor replaced it all iby 4pm left no mess

Kenway were utmost professional when they installed a damp proof course at my property. They were very helpful also when I called about some paper work that I had misplaced and sent a new copy within the hour. Thank you!

Kenway came out to install 2 fans in our bedrooms. The installers, Joe and Mick, did a first class job including a third party job which caused damp that was not on the job list. This was above the call of duty. They did not leave until they showed us how to operate the fans. They left the house tidy. All in all a first class job. Thank you Kenway. Thank you Joe and Mick.
