Found that mentoring solutions don all that was asked and clean the site up 100% on completion

In Aug 23 Lewis started work to repair a leak in one area on the roof. Within hours he informed me that I now needed a new roof and the price went from under £2K to £11K. Having being reassured this would fix the leak, the work went ahead. The leak was not repaired and is still leaking now. In Dec 24 Lewis gave us a new quote for lead work to be replaced, but when he did the new roof, said the lead work did not need replacing. After trying to communicate the original issue has not been resolved, he is now ignoring all contact. I have offered to pay 65% of the quote to resolve the leak.

Excellent communication, came and had a look with sensible quote and got the scaffolding and repairs done quickly! Excellent job, highly recommend.
