The lads turned up promptly on day one went about their job very professionally and must be said worked very hard all day and got on better then what was expected

Chimney stack needed new bricks and repointing, Gary showed up on time and got straight to work. Once started and old damaged bricks removed it was clear that there was further works needed. Gary sourced replacement parts and was back within the hour. Job was completed and site left tidy. Gary is a very honest and friendly guy. I’m very happy with the quality work along with the experience and will 100% use again. I would recommend his services to anyone I know.

Gary did a great job. Set out the job in a detailed quote, discussed it thoroughly with me to ensure we had the same expectations, and suggested methods I hadn't thought of but which turned out to be the best options. He got scaffolders in immediately and the repointing work was to a high standard throughout. He checked in with me regularly, to make sure I was happy at each stage. Excellent, quick, thorough. Gary talked through the job with me, made sure we both had the same expectations, then did a first class job on repairing and replacing battens and tiles in an area where rain had got in and some battens had perished. We had a leak coming through ceiling in a bedroom. Kent roofing came out very quickly and found the cause and quickly quoted a price and time frame for works. As these were very reasonable we asked them to complete the works. These were completed quickly and effectively. I was very pleased with their service. After being badly let down by a roofer, I was at my wits' end. I found Gary & Ash (Kent Roofing) & messaged them at 5am desperate for help to stop the rain pouring through onto my daughter's bed. By 7am Gary had identified the problems, shared photos & videos of the issues caused by the other roofer, & quoted. For over a week they worked tirelessly, day and night, even returning one evening in a storm when small leaks appeared, & have been transparent, helpful, polite, kind, but most importantly trustworthy.
