  Kent Restoration is an excellent company. I had a water ingress into my porch from around the front door when it rained. Over the years, a number of builders have never satisfactorily remedied the situation. When Michael came to assess, we discussed the situation and he expertly repointed where he thought the problem lay. Now, despite continuous wet weather, no rain has entered the house. I highly recommend his workmanship.

  Installation of 3x clay air bricks

  Contacted Michael via check a trade for air brick installation. Michael quickly responded and fitted me in within the week, and provided a quote within 24hrs. Michael arrived promptly, and was polite and knowledgeable. Michael completed his work well to an excellent standard. Michael was very tidy and respectful of the property. Cost was very reasonable, and would recommend Michael highly! Currently looking at getting some re-pointing work completed by Michael.

  bedroom repainting

  Michael gave a very reasonable quote and was quick to fit me into his schedule to complete the work. With no experience myself of painting I asked Michael to supply the paint as well. The dark grey & black paint chosen for the walls and skirting boards is amazing and the whole room has a totally different feel. Hosting Michael was a pleasure, he's very respectful and knowledgeable in his field. He worked as quickly as he could on the first day and was happy to come back over the week end to touch up and points that's needed it. Great work ethic and I'll absolutely be booking him again.

  Excellent brickwork repairs

  Michael did an excellent job replacing broken bricks, repointing and installing a helical tie fix. Reliable, polite and very tidy. I would definitely recommend his work!

  Repointing and Fireplace Conversion

  Michael was absolutely fantastic. He completed the entire repointing of he house to a fantastic quality that we love. He also helped tidy up the fireplace that had poor brickwork before and made it into a design feature of the living room. Top guy to top it all off as well, highly recommend and will be using him for other projects in the future

  Chimney work

  Michael carried out a job in our road which led to more households, including mine, asking for his services. A recommendation in itself. Apart from the excellence of his work, Michael also gets back to you when he says he will, turns up when he says he will, explains everything, gets on with the job, works hard and tidies up when he’s finished.
