The guys were friendly and got the job done. well and in good time. There was a slight issue regarding a key that got broken in a lock which wasn’t noticed until after they had left but they came back and sorted it really quickly. Accidents happen but it’s how they are dealt with that matters and I couldn’t fault them. Second time using this company and they were just as good as before. Moved a 2 bed flat a short distance with full packing in a single day, everything arrived in one piece well wrapped and boxed. Large fragile items like the fish tank and TV were handled with care. The team were cheerful, got all the furniture into the right rooms and just made the whole process of moving so easy. From the first visit from Julian to the final box unloaded, this was a faultless service from Kent Movers. Dawn was particularly helpful with looking to rearrange dates of our move. On the day, the crew arrived early and made swift progress packing up the vans. Upon arrival in the new property, they unloaded the items and took to the correct room. Have used Kent Movers three times two moves one man and a van. A friendly efficient family run business who we have found to offer good value for money.
