  Very happy with the service provider. The engineer was professional, knowledgable, polite and personable. He also took the time to look at a couple of other plumbing issues I have in the house and provide advice. The central office who managed the booking were courteous and kept me up to date with engineer availability. Overall very pleased to have find a reliable plumbing firm that I can trust and look forward to engaging them again to carry out further work in future.

  The engineer phoned me to let me know he was soon arriving. He disconnected the old dishwasher and installed a new one in my mum’s property. He was also very helpful in advising me about her heating system

  old shower had stopped providing hot water, so required new unit to be fitted.

  Kent Plumbing got in contact quickly and accepted the job. An engineer was arranged and came around the next morning and very quickly and professionally fitted the new shower unit and was polite and on time. Would absolutely use this company again.
