Steve and Gary went over and above for my parents when their boiler needed replacing. They patiently explained the options and what was required, arranged the instal to take place almost immediately and the work was completed in one long day. They.even took on a.couple of additional tasks on the day, which they didnt need to do. I can't thank them enough for their kind professionalism and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Great service. Visit to see what work needed doing. Parts ordered. Kept up to date and visit booked to complete work. All done. Very pleased. Will use Kent Hearing again for plumbing work. Would recommend.

Steve and his colleague were very helpful, sorting out the timer for me and checking the radiators, as well as servicing the boiler. Recommended.

We discovered leak in central heating system. Contacted Gary as his company is on recommended list of Vaillant website. Despite Easter holiday period Gary was onsite very promptly and found problem to be hot water cylinder. Offered two options to resolve situation and we chose to have new combi system. Gary fitted our job into his busy schedule and in one day we had a shiny new system up and running. I cannot speak highly enough of both Gary and Steve. Very prompt service, meticulously clean and tidy. Would recommend them to anybody.
