After a few weeks of suggestions of what might be the fault Ben came round,found the fault and repaired next day. Ben came extra early to ensure he could fit the job in. Excellent service ,highly recommended

On arrival removed shoes without being asked. Were clean, tidy, pleasant, punctual and efficient. What more could you ask?

Excellent service. In and quickly identified what the problem was and how to fix it. I was amazed as expected it to be complicated and require draining the system. Done in less than an hour so very happy.

Arrived early which was fab. Friendly and efficient. Service on my boiler was done quickly and without fuss. A couple of radiator issues were resolved where possible and advised course of action where it wasn’t. I will be using them again.

Our heating shut down so we called British Has out who we had a contract with. Turned out to be a burst pipe British Gas wouldn't touch it. Heroes of the day were Kent Gas Folkestone who we have used for other plumbing work and always been top notch. As usual Kent Gas not fazed by the issue and investigated, located and fixed the pipe quickly and efficiently and got the heating back ontrack. Both Charlie and his apprentice were fantastic, professional and informative. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service as usual.
