  Excellent throughout. Adam from KEG gave professional advice for which I was grateful. At short notice Adam completed the work. He was prompt, tidy and provided excellent quality work. Adam clearly explained the system controls and user actions. All paperwork provided . Highly recommended. KEG will be my first call next time I need boiler or gas help. Thank you Adam at KEG

  Got Adam out to do a gas safety on a 12 year old vokera. Ofcourse it failed & i needed a new boiler. Initially, thought Adam was trying to pull a fast one, i have recently had bad experiences with tradesmen taking advantage of me or disappearing mid job. Took my time did my research and figured out that he was actually decent. So got him back in to fit a new worcester greenstar for me. His quote was reasonable too. Job was done in less than 2 days and back online. Respectful, professional throughout the process, answered all my questions and cleaned up after him. I would recommend him.

  Replaced my old boiler very high standard of work

  “Excellent service from start to finish. The team replaced our old boiler quickly and professionally, explaining everything clearly and leaving the area spotless afterwards. The new boiler is working perfectly — much more efficient, quieter, and heats the house far better than before. Communication was great throughout, pricing was fair, and the engineers arrived on time and completed the work to a very high standard. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing a boiler replacement. Definitely will be using again.

  Fix issue with boiler

  Fast response, immediately knew the issue, familiar with the system and was happy to share the fix, to ensure I could “do it myself” if it happened again. Good friendly communication. Would recommend.
