  Started as a service ended with a new boiler.

  A service that turned into a new boiler. But prices were quoted, work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Great communication, friendly, understanding and hard working. Would use this company again.

  Poor man had to deal with me falling over and two excitable dogs . Having made sure I was ok he got on with the job.

  Adam came when he said he would and worked efficiently. He seemed knowledgeable about gas. He found the source of the problem and fixed it straight away.

  Fantastic service from start to finish. Adam got in touch with me immediately after I requested a quote and clearly explained everything I needed to know. We arranged an appointment for a time that suited us, and he called on the day to confirm he was on his way—arriving right on time. The work was completed to a high standard, and we received all the necessary certificates and documentation by email almost straight away. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Adam at Kent Elite Gas again in the future.

  Adam was very polite and courteous. He serviced our boiler and fixed some issues with it. He explained and demonstrated the problem clearly and was transparent about the costs to repair.

  Adam and his team were great and couldn't be more different to every gas engineer I've dealt with in the past 15 years. He was there at the time I needed, found all the issues in minutes, showed me what was going on. Talked me through the options. Gave me a decent price. Replaced my boiler in under 24hours. Polite and tidy also. Thank you Adam.
