Alan was vey polite and explained exactly what needed to be done. My guttering and down pipe needed fixing also done a great job cleaning soffits and fascia’s . Would highly recommend. Cost came under budget which is always a bonus.

Alan came to decorate our downstairs hallway, stairs and Landing where we’d just had panelling fitted. He also painted the downstairs loo and utility room. We were very impressed with the quality of work and Alan in general. He actually came in under the original quoted price as well! He and Tony were pleasant to have around and always cleansed up after themselves. I highly recommend.

Communications were quick, polite and reliable. Visited and provided a written quote. The windows were peeling showing bare wood and a protection above the sores one was rotten so Alan replaced that and made an excellent job of restoring and protecting the windows which now look really smart - thank you!!

Alan was very professional. He always turned up on time. He sent me samples of paint in advance to let me choose . He managed to work around a house with 3 teenage children in it and 2 dogs . He decorated the hall landing and stairs including doors and ceilings to a very high level. Extremely pleased with work completed, thank you Alan 😊

This is the second time I’ve used Kent & Sussex and it won’t be the last Arranged for a quote for exterior paintwork. This included a large bay front window, facia boards, porch and front door inside and out, all needed repairing and repainting. All the weather damaged wood in the window frame was cut out replaced and filled to look as new. The facia boards were also rotten and replaced with new woodwork, primed and painted. I had a metal fence which needed painting and Alan very kindly did this between coats at no additional charge. Absolutely brilliant job, I could not be happier!!
