Small Garden Wall Repair

Unfortunately, I'm not able to leave a good review. The job was supposed to take 10 days. It begun mid June and is now mid September and is still incomplete. I was asked to pay 2/3 upfront. Part of the money was for skip, which never happened. Instead, the debris are still in my garden. I'm constantly having to chase for an update, but all I hear are numerous unfulfilled promises. The wall isn't straight, the electric wires for the small lights are still hanging out, the surrounding walls have been left in a mess. I honoured my end of the contract, but the company haven't done theirs.

I needed to freshen up my kitchen. I hired Kensington new build to replace my kitchen splash back tiles and replace my floor tiles. This was done in time and on budget. I have recommended Kensington and will do so again.

A two week job went on for months, dishonest & deceitful, we're starting litigation against them

The owner Oli told so many lies made so many excuses and broke every promise he made until in the end we had to throw them off the job for breach of contract, leaving important structural work unfinished. We had multiple visits from their subcontractors asking for money because they had not been paid for their work by this company even though we had paid them. We had to employ a structural engineer to assess the work so we could get the job finished and we have been informed that the repair work we paid them for was unnecessary and not appropriate. TREE ROOTS CAUSING MOVEMENT

Big tree roots was causing movement and big cracks on our drive. After survey report, it was recommended we get our footings underpinned. This challenging task was carried out structurally well. Kensington team were very steadfast and carried out all works according to the structural survey report. It was successfully signed off by building control too, we are pleased with the outcome
