What can I say? I do not often write reviews, but then, I am not often impressed. This time I am, very! Rob and his team are outstanding and go the extra mile. My bathroom refurb was a big job and one that I feared – noise, dust, rubble… yes, all of that, with a measure of frustration thrown in. Little was plain sailing. Previous ‘sins’ were uncovered and promptly dealt with. Rob is a perfectionist. The attention to detail is impressive. There's not enough room to list all of the superlative adjectives – reliable, trustworthy, you name it. I got what I wanted – a bathroom with a WOW factor.

Rob was quick to respond for a quote request and was even able to squeeze our bathroom remodel in to make sure it was ready before the birth of our first son. The existing bathroom was a disaster with DIY fixes and severely water damaged flooring. The whole bathroom had to be demolished and redone from scratch. He kept me up to date throughout the process and also left the house very clean at the end of each day. We went with Rob's recommendation of fittings supplier and are really happy with the final product. I would definitely contact Rob again if a need a bathroom done in the future.

I recently had my bathroom completely redecorated by Rob and his team, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The job included a full re-tile, installation of a new shower, toilet, and vanity unit, and the transformation is absolutely stunning. Although we had a few communication hiccups at the beginning, Rob went out of his way to make sure everything was addressed and that the finish met his own high standards. His attention to detail is clear in every part of the bathroom, and the quality of workmanship is excellent.

I instructed Rob at Kensington bathrooms to visit my property to discuss a bathroom renovation. Rob visited as planned, listened to my ideas and also shared his. I kept an eye on his Instagram so I could see other bathrooms he had done & Needless to say I knew from Rob’s professional manner that my renovation was in safe hands.
