It was removing some stairs to get some products down them as it was quite narrow and also replaced some stairs that were quite noisy and creaky. Both jobs were done to a very high standard. I would definitely use their services again.

I had used Kennedy Maintenance once before to repair a rotten window cill and frame and been really pleased with the result, so when I found I had the same problem in another two wondows, I called them again and they came and fixed them just as well. I am so pleased with the result.

Kennedy Maintenance was great! I asked them to put up 2 curtain rails that we could not drill the holes for ourselves. They were friendly and professional and the work was completed quickly and neatly. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
