Jamie was extremely helpful and thrower with his examine, he explain the issue well. Great customer service all round especially on a late Sunday night.

Kenna plumbing were prompt and efficient following an overflowing toilet. They were able to send an engineer out within 60 mins, identify the issue and sort it out. Very professional team.

I came home on Monday evening to find my boiler leaking. I immediately contacted Jamie who told me he’d be with me by 9am the next day. He ensured that he didn’t need to come out that evening too. Upon arrival Jamie was professional and efficient in diagnosing the problem. He needed to collect a part and promised to be back later that day which he was. When he came back he fixed the issue quickly and then made sure the boiler was safe and working well. I will be recommending Jamie to anyone and everyone. Amazing job, thank you so much.

Jamie has worked with us two or three times now. He’s very polite and kind. He recommended some products to us which were great and fixed one leaking pipe over a front door and a leak from our daughters room into the downstairs loo. Would highly recommend. Thank you, Fiona

Easy to get an appointment booked in without any difficulties. The work highlighted serious issues with the boiler and as a consequence it has potentially stopped someone get carbon monoxide poisoning. Thumbs up from me
