I arranged for Jack to come around to quote for a range of jobs around the house between 1.30 and 3.30 yesterday. This was confirmed by text and acknowledged by Jack via text. 3.30 came and went and he didn't show. So I sent a further text asking if he intended to come, to which there has not been a reply since. I find this inconsiderate and unprofessional. Things can sometimes unexpectedly come up that cause appointments to have to be broken, but it only takes 30 seconds to send a customer a message saying that this is the case. I will be asking someone else to quote for the work.

Jack worked with myself and our leaseholder in a very professional manner. From start to finish his communication and workmanship has been second to none. I can hihly recommend Jack and his team to complete a brilliant job and I will happily use his services again. Thank you Jack :)

Replaced dodgy gatepost attachments into mortar with attachments into brick.

Over the last year Kenilworth Property Services, led by Jack, has undertaken a variety of work to renovate an investment property and carry out work at a private property. The work included a ceiling replacement, plastering, floor levelling, general building works and redecorating the properties plus other sundry works. All of the work has been carried out to a high quality and the communication to arrange, programme and finish each aspect of the work has been flawless. Jack and his team were flexible to my needs and finished everything on time. I would happily recommend Jack and KPS.
