I had a awkward job they couldn't do, but still left feeling like I had a great service from them. I Spoke to Dave who primarily is in the office dealing with that side of things who was extremely helpful. He gave me plenty of advice and spent about an hour on the phone trying to help me even after the fact they knew they couldn't do the job and/or make any money out of me.
