Ken Beresford has a 5 star rating on Checkatrade. I disagree with that completely - it should be 6 star ! I wanted my bath to be taken out and the bathroom to be re-organised with a shower cubicle installed. Other potentials from Checkatrade all sounded very competent, but Ken somehow had a totally professional attitude that gave me the confidence that he knew precisely what he was doing. And he did! Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend Ken as being thoroughly competent, finally leaving everything neat and tidy and on taking a pride in the job he did.

Ken fitted a new bathroom for our Edwardian house. Due to the bathroom’s small size, it required a reconfiguration alongside a new extractor fan system and sink unit. We couldn’t be happier with the result; the bathroom is our new favourite space in the house! Ken came to measure up a couple of times before fitting and kept in contact regarding dates and timings. When there was an issue with an item from our supplier that was incorrect, Ken’s knowledge and contacts with the company meant it was dealt with quickly. His advice and eye for detail has resulted in a stunning bathroom- we love it!

Ken was a professional from start to finish, from the very first communication to the last we felt like we were in safe hands. He offered practical advice and suggestions where needed and finished the job to an incredibly high standard. We were so pleased that we got him back to do a main bathroom and another en-suite. Would recommend Ken wholeheartedly.

Ken did an amazing job of fitting our bathroom last year, and we booked him in to strip out our shower room and fully replace it. This involved floor and wall tiling, room-width stone tray installation, and all the decorating. Ken was true to the booked dates, turned up every day, and worked all day until the job was done to perfection. He is an absolute pleasure to work with, and we can’t recommend him highly enough!

Excellent - Ken was tidy, informed me what work was needed over the three days he was here, he was punctual and the work is of a very high standard.

Ken was really knowledgable and friendly. he took time to listen to what we wanted and helped us to make our vision a reality. he was flexible with timescales and prompt and friendly on installation. really pleased with the bathroom. thank you Ken
