Ken Beard and Son worked with us to design and fit a high- specification bathroom in our new flat in the Georgian quarter. They responded to our wishes and requirements with expertise and creativity. The work was carried out to the highest standard with high-quality materials, fixtures and fittings. We are delighted with our new bathroom which we feel is luxurious and appropriate for our flat.

Mal and the boys exceeded our expectations. Our bathroom is exactly what we wanted. Mal listened and also gave us some great recommendations. Communication was great from start to finish. Lads were on time everyday and a big thankyou to Dumpy for putting up with our yappy dog and ensuring everywhere was tidy everyday and thankyou to Sarah in the office for her helpful advice and excellent communication. I am delighted with my remodel & downstairs toilet completed by Ken Beard and his team, from coming to quote & providing advice to completion, I found them all to be professional, knowledgeable and so accommodating to my requirements within my budget, ultimately achieving an outcome I wanted within the minimal space available. The design options provided were fantastic, with a brilliant creative eye, as I had no idea of what I wanted, visiting the showroom helped, I was so grateful. From quote to completion of the work I was kept updated, also such a tidy team of builders too, thank you all.

Mal & his staff are all very professional & explained & kept me updated every step of the way. The 1st job was changing our shower enclosure & toilet in the bathroom plus extras I added like hand grips and tiling. The 2nd job was in the kitchen, changing our worktop,sink & under the sink cabinet. Other workmen have said 'i know what you want' but Ken Beard & Son Ltd whilst taking on the these jobs collaborated with me so I definitely got 100% of what I wanted. Their workmanship is outstanding. I rate them 10 out of 10 for all aspects. I would highly recommend & use again. Thanks Mal.

We would honestly recommend Ken Beard and Son Ltd to anyone. They have been brilliant. The bathroom has been finished to a really high quality for a good price. You can tell they have a real passion and take pride in what they do. The guys are really polite and left the house clean and tidy.
