  Left my garden very tidy, very skilled and very trustworthy!

  Great communication from Joe throughout. Himself and his team arrived on time, they were all very polite and listened to what I wanted. They put my mind at ease straight away! They removed a large tree which was above my greenhouse and trimmed a large row of conifers beautifully for me. They left my garden cleaner than what it was before! Excellent work, would 100% recommend. Thank you.

  On point from quote to service provided

  From start to finish very professional. After trying several different tree surgeons and saying they are interested but not answering back. Joe from Kempster was straight into asking for photos coming to look and quote to be available within a decent time frame. Can not fault anything in the service they provided and even introduced to neighbours who had some work done at same time.

  Brilliant service from start to finish! The team arrived right on time and got straight to work. They were professional, hardworking, and really efficient throughout the job. When it turned out the truck couldn’t fit under the passage, they quickly adapted and made it work without any fuss. Everything was left tidy and done exactly as agreed. Highly recommended!

  Honest family run business

  Always a brilliant friendly service provided, the lads, who are polite, helpful and tidy. I have used this company a few times now and would not change. All the neighbours use them too, after seeing their work. Well done on another great job

  Tree surgeon needed

  Recently had some work done my Joe and the team at Kempster and sons and I can’t recommend them enough! Extremely professional, very knowledgable and worked tirelessly to ensure the job was completed to the highest standard. I will be using Joe and his team again and recommend them to anybody in the area needing a tree surgeon, from the biggest to smallest job! Thanks so much Joe!

  When booking I relayed that the earlier the better and they fit me in couple days before scheduled. Very polite and communicated with transparency about the work, what they could and couldn't do. Work carried out seamlessly.
