Fitting extractor fan, PAT testing and emergency lighting

Kemar fitted a new extractor fan, completed PAT testing and tested the emergency lighting in my rental property. Communication was good and he suggested replacement fans. When I asked him to provide more detail on the PAT testing certificate to show which appliances were tested, he updated it as requested.
