The repair was covered under the boilers 10 year guarantee, they came out straight away, fitted the replacement part, keeping me up to date as they went. Worked fine ever since. Been using this company for 10 years. All the staff are super friendly

Had a non urgent leak coming from the bathroom basin. Out of the 3 companies Checkatrade sent my details to, Kelly’s responded the same day and were happy to send out a plumber the following day, within a 3 hour time slot. The plumber arrived 20 mins early and he quickly found the source of the leak and fixed it. He was thorough in his work, showed me the issue and how it was fixed. Didn’t require payment on the day, was able to pay by card on receipt of an invoice via email. Would definitely recommend this company and will use again if and when any new plumbing issues occur.
