Roger has been very helpful and knowledgeable through the process of working on our roof. We are really pleased with the work that has been done so far. He has been very responsive and talked through our roofing issues in a way we can understand!

Roger was fantastic from start to finish and I couldn’t recommend him more highly! He came round the next day to look at our roof and did a small repair there and then. He then rearranged his work to fit us in for a bigger emergency repair the next week. He found the issue causing the leak quickly and helped me sort it out with a plumber and then scaled back the planned roof work to what was needed. He was so helpful and went above and beyond to do what he could at a stressful time, his rate was fair and he was responsive throughout - thank you so much Roger!

Roger arrived within hours of first contact, rapidly identified the problem and took immediate swift action to prevent further leaks and damage - despite rain pouring down. Got to the root of the issue where others had failed, very grateful customer, highly recommend.

Roger was a pleasure to deal with and have working on our house at all stages of the process. We were kept informed at all times, both verbally and by WhatsApp, which included photographs and videos. Fair and detailed assessment of leak, with pics and video. Roger fixed the main problem same day, and provided plenty of advice and suggestions to mitigate future issues, without trying to upsell. Was able to assess and fix main leak without the need for scaffold at this stage. I intend using Keir roofing for the larger repairs.
