Roger was a pleasure to deal with and have working on our house at all stages of the process. We were kept informed at all times, both verbally and by WhatsApp, which included photographs and videos. All works were carried out thoroughly and for a fair price. Our roof looks very smart now - just the job. Thank you very much Roger. Very highly recommended.

Fair and detailed assessment of leak, with pics and video. Roger fixed the main problem same day, and provided plenty of advice and suggestions to mitigate future issues, without trying to upsell. Was able to assess and fix main leak without the need for scaffold at this stage. I intend using Keir roofing for the larger repairs.

Roger was great from start to finish. When he quoted I got a strong sense of someone who cares about the quality of their work & that was proven throughout. Roger shared snaps & videos of the issues he’d spotted - which helped me understand the work & gave me confidence that he was gonna fix & did solve the issues. The job evolved a bit. Roger was always very clear about costs & timings before starting work. His communication on when he would be and was on site was great. We also had several very interesting chats about all sorts of things along the way. Haha. Would recommend.

Roger arrived promptly to assess roof damage, he spent 2 hours with us examining the loft and roof for which he used a drone. He took photos of both and sent them to us so we could see further problems. He stopped the leak by replacing two tiles. He was honest and very professional and we would have no hesitation in recommending Keir Roofing and Roger and who was superb and we are eternally grateful.

A section of flat roof above our bathroom began leaking badly after a rainy spell. Roger was very quick to come take a look, and upon seeing how severe the problem was, made himself available to install a new flat roof at short notice. Roger identified the faults with the previous flat roof and provided progress photos of the new installation. We are now confident that we have a flat roof that will pass the test of time. Roger was super easy to work with and quick to respond to messages. Keir Roofing will definitely be our go to team for any future work.

We had a sudden, and moderately catastrophic, leak in our roof which meant water was coming in through one of our bedroom ceilings. Roger came out quickly when contacted and diagnosed the problem straight away. He cracked on and had it sorted within half an hour with a clear explanation of the problem, and photos and a video of his work so we could easily see what had been carried out and why. He was knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. We'll definitely be getting him in for any other future roofing work required!
