10 Lifting fridge freezer

Both were very courteous over the phone as I needed urgent help lifting the fridge freezer through my front door up 2 flight of stairs. Good communication about when to expect them and they carried out the task quickly and even helped take off the packaging. Had some large shrubs in planters, house plants and a few other items to be transported. Kieron and colleague arrived within the appointed time and carefully loaded and secured the plants etc. They rang ahead to the recipients to say they were setting off.
