Amazing communication throughout the whole process. Alex kept me in the loop on when he thinks he would arrive and also when he was on his way to my house. On the job, he faced challenges from previous trades which he overcame. He also explained how everything in the boiler room worked. Overall he went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend him to others.

Alex visited to repair the elements and fit a new economy 7 timer for my immersion heater that wasn’t receiving any hot water. Alex was very helpful in providing an appointment and communicated with me when he would be arriving. Once here the standard of communication was excellent again in terms of why the fault had occurred, and showing me the problem with the existing elements and wiring. Once everything was fixed, Alex provided a clear demonstration of how to program the new timer, and also was kind enough to clean up any debris from the repairs. A great experience from start to finish!
