New sink and tap fitted before tiler comes in

Replaced all leaking section with new plastic pipe and fittings, clipped and secure and mortared into the wall

Leaking tee fitting on cast iron stack

Bath resealed and filled up whilst sealant goes off so the bath wont drop when next used because it was filled before sealing up

Broken bath seal causing leak through kitchen ceiling

Replaced basin seal and resecured basin to the wall as it wasn't fixed correctly

Basin seal needed replacing

Removed old kitchen sink mixer tap for a new one due to the old one leaking and being very loose

Cold feed and waste pipe

Cold feed and waste pipe

Repiped basin, refitted old basin with new hot cold and waste pipework. Refitted toilet

Old kitchen sink tap removed and new one fitted

Immersion element swap and wired up as old one was leaking

Full cistern inners change, flush valve, filler valve, doughnut washer, cistern bolts
