  Securing a bathroom floor to make it safe pending taking up floor, taking out and replacing shower

  Ken responded very quickly on a Sunday and visited the site the following Wednesday. He did an emergency repair to the floor and gave an itemised quote for the rest of the work which is now pending insurance approval. I found him extremely helpful and responsive throughout. I would certainly recommend him as a reliable and helpful service provider.

  Great service from start to finish. The plumbing work in the toilets was carried out perfectly, and the issues were fixed quickly and professionally. Very happy with the result and would definitely recommend!

  Ken contacted my me swiftly, we spoke on the phone and via WhatsApp where we talked and I sent pictures of the underneath of my Kitchen sink... He gave me what I believe was a good and fair price and he came the next day (Today) and installed my water and fluoride filters. Ken is a very nice, polite and kind person, we talked a lot and If and when I ever need another Plumber I will not hesitate to contact Ken again... I highly recommend KDT Property Services to everyone and you won't be disappointed.

  I can't recommend Ken highly enough. A long-standing issue with pressure to our combi-shower (that several plumbers and heating engineers were unable to resolve), Ken was able to quickly identify the problem and fix within a few hours.

  After messaging Ken, a date was arranged to visit the property and carry out the jobs. He was friendly, polite and communication was great. I had ordered the incorrect part but this was not a problem. Ken was able to source an additional part and still complete the job at hand. I would have no doubt in recommending KTD services & will definitely be using them again for future jobs.
