Ken and Tony were excellent from start to finish. I wanted a bath removed and a shower fitted, along with boarding to my bathroom walls and new flooring. Ken was so helpful in helping me pick what I wanted and needed for my new bathroom, I decided to board the whole bathroom, get a new sink and toilet and move the bathroom round, nothing was a bother for Ken. The workmanship has been fantastic and I am so happy with my new bathroom and I could leave both Ken and Tony to get on with the job without me looking over their shoulders. My name is Ken Dixon, I have had my North East family run business for 22 years but have 44 years' experience in the plumbing field. I pride myself on my professional appearance and clean approach to working.
