  I've been relying on Kirk for all my heating and plumbing requierments for many years. The most recent situation involved an emergency with a catastrofic shower valve failure. Kirk came out immediately to secure the water leak and returned a few days later to fix the problem. All this was done very professionally with clear communication regarding costs and time frames. This is a company that I will recommend without reservation.

  Emergency Boiler Replacement

  Boiler in new house had undisclosed slow leak and lost pressure in 2 weeks. First plumber via my insurance took 1 look at it, changed 1 obviously leaky part and said job done. Boiler still leaked. KDR came round (free inspection), Kirk did a proper inspection, identified multiple areas where there were leaks, and recommended a new boiler. Whilst deciding what to do, the boiler packed in completely. KDR were able to organise to return within 2 days to fit a new boiler (on a Saturday). Worked efficiently to have it all done in a few hours, and at a good price. Less than 48hrs without heating.
