  Boiler diagnosis and replacement

  After only about an hour of being on Checkatrade I got a call saying they could come over in an hour to take a look at the boiler. Kirk and his son came, were very friendly and knowledgeable, initially looked to repair the leak and gave me that option but recommended a full replacement based on the age of the boiler. Managed to order and fit the boiler first thing the next morning so we were only without heating and hot water for less than 24 hours and left the area tidy. They are also going to complete the warranty paperwork for us on the new boiler. Very happy with the experience!

  Very quick to respond to request and able to attend following morning. Arrived promptly and was able to quote a price before starting any work. Was quick to diagnose & fix the issue. Nice and friendly manner. Would definitely recommend.

  Lifesaver in the cold weather

  Our boiler packed up when we got home from work in the recent cold snap. Kirk came to our rescue 10 minutes after calling him this evening. Sorted out the problem and got our heating and water working again. Would definitely recommend and will be using KDR from now on.

  Absolutely amazing service received today. We found ourselves needing an emergency plumber, they came out and arrived when they said they would and worked efficiently and professionally to sort our problem out. Paid quoted price and was extremely impressed with the service from start to finish thank you so much ☺️

  Repairing toilet flush

  KDR gave a prompt reply to my request and turned up on time. They explained the problem and kept me informed about the work. They quoted a price upfront and kept to this. They were polite and tidy and completed the work to a high standard. I would definitely use them again.

  Boiler installation

  Kirk and his son Harrison were fantastic. Warm, friendly and professional. Kirk’s communication skills are great, and they’re punctual. They tried to save our old boiler but it was beyond repair. The installation went well and I will be booking them in again for further works around the home. It was refreshing to have professional plumbers in the home at long last after a few rogues! Thank you both so much.
