Had not dealt with K D Jones before. Very swift call out response to a boiler breakdown. A fix was found and swiftly made without resort to spare parts. Engineer was good and clearly described what was happening. The cost was not high and invoice for payment was delivered the following day.

Great job, friendly, punctual, efficient, clean and tidy. Very happy with the service completed.

KD Jones is a very professional organisation, helpful, courteous throughout and very effective. They also try really hard to accommodate customers needs, timing for visit etc. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them
