  Design and construction of new roof

  I asked Kevin to design and construct a new timber framed roof over two adjoined garden buildings. This was a large project and required Kevin to come up with his own design incorporating my alterations. Kevin produced exactly the construction I wanted and worked seamlessly with the roofers. His quality of work and attention to detail was of the highest standard. Kevin was courteous,punctual and a very hard worker. I would highly recommend him 100%

  Salon refurb

  remove a rotting upstairs window and replace with a new one

  The window was at the second-floor level in Wootton House, an 18th century, Grade-II listed building in Patcham Old Village. The sill and frame were partly rotted and the whole unit needed to be replaced. We agreed that some of the work could be accomplished from inside, but he would need a scaffold tower to complete the job. Kevin was at all times, courteous, punctual, and professionally skilful. He completed the job slightly earlier than he anticipated. I strongly commend Kevin, to anyone looking a multi-talented construction expert and have asked him to do a couple of jobs in our Flat.

  Removing 1960s "balsa wood" doors; replacing them with sturdy, fit for purpose doors

  Kevin is a true pro. We first got in touch with him in September to quote for replacing seven doors leading onto a ground and first floor hallway. In the original build (1960) it seems like they chose to use balsa wood. Kevin helped us choose great, simple replacements. He came when he said he would - to start the job and throughout - and his level of craftsmanship is superb. We have seven perfect new doors fitted all ready for decoration - which he helped us to source. He was on time, diligent, courteous, cheery, and SOOOO tidy. No need to clean up after him. A real gem. To be recommended

  New kitchen fitting in 1930's property

  Conscientious, skilled, easy going / accommodating, hard worker, who aims for perfection even in challenging situations. I'll be using him again should the need arise and would highly recommend Kevin's services.
