We selected KCS Electrics Ltd to replace a bathroom pull cord switch, and a faulty socket in the kitchen. Soban who attend, was very professional, polite and courteous. He even wore overshoes so he did not dirty my wooden flooring. We are very happy with the service that was provided.

Honest, sincere, on time, what you see is what you get. I had another tradesman house. He took out somethings from my Consumer unit and gave huge bill. When I contacted KCS, i was asked to do a video of the fault and he said, the fault recorded seems not what it was. They attended, rectified fault and priorise safety. Got on to do the repairs. I cannot thank them.enough. I will recommend 150%. You will not regret

I had very positive and impressive experience with KCS. I had my EICR done by unscrupulous trade person who fabricated fault to con me, however KCS visited to rectify the work putting our safety first, great communication, kind, caring, professional, responsive, respectful and dedicated. I could go on and on. I am so pleased and will recommend to my workplace, friends and family over and over again without hesitation. What impressed me is their concern for our safety which other person didn't care about. Reasonable charges, no hidden costs, transparent and honest. Thanks so much
