Keith is a superb tradesman, a perfectionist and 100% reliable and trustworthy. His work is to the highest standard. He came up with a solution to solve our low water pressure where 3 other plumbers could not, without major disruption to tiles and bath. Keith did this without altering the existing tile work by installing an Aqualisa system. Brilliant solution to a long standing problem and the only plumber that could solve this easily and cost effectively. I would recommend Keith to anyone needing plumbing works.

Our request was to remove existing pipework [which drained sink, washing machine and dishwasher together in one pipe which was inefficient and ran uphill] and replace it with an efficient system. This required new holes drilled and replacement of some joints and a stopcock that had seized. Keith studied the problem, taking notes and photos and compiled a list of necessary pipe/fittings. He responded to my email almost immediately and arrived when he said he would. He worked neatly and completed the work swiftly. We are delighted with the result.

Keith identified where my shower tray was leaking, removed it, rebuilt the support, then refitted the tray along with the shower screen, new tiles, grouting and silicone, plus a new trap and diverter. And he fitted a new kitchen rap. Keith is highly professional, very reliable and skilled. His quote was very fair, he explained all the work he did, and he kept the work area really tidy. I highly recommend him.
