I called Kevin because I had a key stuck in a lock, and needed advice about how to make it easier for my disabled wife to unlock the door. He arrived within an hour and was gracious enough not to laugh when he twisted the key to the correct orientation and pulled it out easily. (Yes I had a senior moment) He then spent quite a bit of time discussing how to make unlocking the door easier for my wife. After a few options we found a way to make it happen, and he advised about helpful devices to make it even easier. Overall a very pleasant experience. I recommend Kevin wholeheartedly.
