Kevin responded promptly to our enquiry and was extremely helpful in getting us to provide him with more accurate details ahead of his visit. He was punctual and tidy with his work. He didn't just replace the lock, but offered advice about which type to choose including the pros and cons of different types. The costs were made very clear throughout and he was very helpful in assisting with the cutting of additional keys. Would highly recommend Kevin and we will definitely us him again in the future.

Kevin is excellent would not hesitate to recommend he has done work for me three times over the years. He tightened and cleaned lock said did not need replacement I decided to get him to replace anyway as I had lost confidence in original one and would have worried about it.
