Superb service from this very pleasant young man. Made contact moments after the add was placed, arrived shortly afterwards, diagnosed the fault & explained exactly what he was doing during that process. Ordered the part, then found it elsewhere cheaper & reflected that in his bill (which I think was a little too reasonable in honesty, I should have paid him a little extra) He came along bang on time the following morning & fitted the shower. From start to finish in less time than the other firms quoting took to make contact. Absolutely thrilled with both him & his service. ☆☆☆☆☆

Work took two days but was efficiently carried out by two very polite and helpful plumbers. Would use again for any plumbing or electrical jobs.

We had a really great service from KCHS. We had put the rest in over the New Year, and we thought we wouldn't get a response for a while, but it was only about 30 minutes after the request that we had a reply! He was really quick to order the extractor fan in, and once it had arrived, he came over the next day to fit it. It works brilliantly, so we are really happy with the service as a whole
