10 Replace a loft hatch

Access4Lofts replaced a drop down loft hatch for us. Ryan did an excellent job; he was on time and left the work area spotless. Preceeding the project they provided lots of information and options, all at a reasonable price. They were easy to work with and always helpful. Access4lofts was highly professional. We had a pre-visit to ensure the measurements were all correct and give a choice of loft ladders. We were told to expect our fitter at 10 am, and they turned up on time, which is always a bonus. The installation went very smoothly, and no dust or dirt, and everything was covered up. After the fitting, the procedure for safely opening and releasing the ladder, as well as returning to the loft, was explained very clearly. Super pleased with the work that was carried out. Everything was done as requested, within the time frame mentioned, and with no issues. The house was protected from the materials brought in, and was left super tidy and clean.
