    Fixing Kitchen Spot Light Issue

    Polite and personable, came out to look at the problem with a informative explanation of the issue after looking at electrics. Was able to fit new lights in couple days time. Very prompt and fitted lights solving issue.

    Electric cooker tripping electricity

    On the evening of 23rd December, our oven was emitting an acrid burning smell and kept tripping the electricity. Kevin came out on Christmas Eve, firstly to look at the problem (thermostat in oven had gone) and then came out again later the same day to fit a hastly purchased replacement. We are so grateful, without Kevin we wouldn't have had any Christmas dinner! Absolutely fantastic service and a lovely guy. Thank you so much!

    Replace Fuse board

    Replaced an old fuse board for a new consumer board. Came out quickly to quote the job and was able to fit the work in within a few days, the work was carried out in a timely manner. Both electricians were very professional and polite throughout the work and tidied up afterwards. Would recommend.

    BAD EXPERIENCE . June - Oct 2024 I searched platforms and saw a negative review for K.C.Electrics so decided don't want him. Found K Pentolfe on a different search platform not realising same person!. Came June said new fusebox was needed. no powersurge installed..paying £590 in total! .!. No receipts/invoices or Building Notification Cert received. Wanted quotes from 2 other electricians but refused to touch anything re "shoddy" work of fusebox. Messages /calls to Kevin were ignored. I spoke with CAB and contacted NAPIT. Work sorted in Oct and paperwork finally received. I don't recommend
