I've used Kestas for 3 previous projects, and his track record was why I chose him for my house refurbishment. My partner and I had purchased a Victorian house in Bow which needed refurbishing - walls stripping, replastering, central heating replacement, electrical overhaul, and chimney breast removals to increase room in the rear return of the house to allow the addition of a family bathroom (along with the new external drainage required). The eventual price was higher as we added things along the way, but all changes were agreed and fair. His work is of the highest standard.

Very thorough and reliable builder. Not only doing the agreed job but thinking how the customer will then use the property and what makes sense, having long experience in renovation. The Team showed up every day, from the first day to the last, there was no gap. Coordination of trades (Plumber/Electrician) went well despite some challenges with availability (e.G. COVID). The overall renovation took a bit longer than expected (3 weeks) but more work has been done (old building always bring their surprises) than initially thought. The quote was detailed so we were able to track progress.

He did a very thorough job, used good quality materials; was very helpful in explaining everything he was doing, his team worked efficiently with the skills needed.
