  Needed a kitchen refurb

  Had a full kitchen refurbishment done recently by K&C, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it’s turned out. From the start, Steve and the team were friendly, professional, and knew their stuff. I had new tiles laid, all the cupboards replaced, new handles fitted, the kitchen door updated, and a fresh worktop installed, and it’s completely transformed the space. The whole process was smooth and well organised. I was kept in the loop every step of the way, and any questions I had were dealt with quickly and clearly.

  Professional Kitchen Installation

  I couldn’t be happier with the work K&C Carpentry & Joinery Ltd carried out on my new kitchen. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly stress-free. The team were punctual, tidy, and clearly very skilled at what they do. They helped bring my vision to life with great attention to detail, and I was particularly impressed with the craftsmanship on the cabinets and the precision of the worktops. Nothing felt rushed – they took the time to make sure everything was just right, and it really shows in the final result.

  Wallpaper stripping and internal door replacement

  I paid £600 for 2 days wallpaper stripping for an area measuring 3m2. They quoted for the work in person. They also installed new internal doors (very poorly with the lowest quality materials possible) and after they left, they told me they hadn't known which wall to strip of paper (it was a patterned teal and metallic silver design, very hard to miss and the only wall in the house with decorative wallpaper). They have refused to refund me and I have since stripped the wall myself (as a complete novice) in less than a day. I advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere.

  Kitchen fitting

  K&C Carpentry and Joinery Ltd is an excellent company and I would recommend them to anyone. The work was completed much quicker than I was anticipated and to a very high standard. All of the trades people were dedicated to their job and very approachable.

  I needed a few closets upgraded with pull out drawers and various other odds and ends.

  They quoted me an amount, which I pre-paied. Once they showed up, they immediately asked for more money and said they were calling the office and never came back. I couldn't get ahold of them again and they kept my £1800 (approximately). Now I have to deal with small claims court and can't trust for any reliable contractors
