  Called Karl after trying numerous Checkatrade numbers with no return calls after leaving messages. Very impressed with Karl. He fitted us in within a couple of days and dealt with our problems professionally, carefully and tidily. He explained what he was going to do and did an excellent job. We would highly recommend him and use him again for any future jobs.

  Gas cover unit

  Karl did a fantastic job for us. We had a gas meter in an awkward spot behind a door, and I wanted something neat to cover it. He came up with a clever design that looks sleek and fits perfectly – a huge improvement on the bulky table we had before. The chamfered doors and oak top finish give it a really nice, high-quality look. What I appreciated most was how Karl listened to what I wanted and shared his ideas to make sure the design worked for the space. His skill and attention to detail really show in the finished piece. We'll be booking him in to do bespoke fitted wardrobes for us soon!

  Staircase and understairs renovation

  We hired Karl through checkatrade to renovate our staircase and understairs, and the results exceeded our expectations. He proved to be reliable, punctual, and true to his word throughout the entire process. Karl offered thoughtful advice, helped us keep costs down, and delivered work of exceptionally high quality.   Quality install of internal doors

  Real quality installation of internal doors and a few other bits. Karl took the time to explain the options and offer advice. We were looking for a carpenter we could trust and rely on to do a quality job, and that’s exactly what he provided. He took great pride in his work, and we would highly recommend. We’re glad we’ve found someone so down to earth for future work.
