Kristi was very responsive and helpful. The carpenter on the day arrived on time, was friendly, polite and professional. He cleaned up thoroughly as he worked, and after the job. In the end he stayed late to fit some additional hardware to ensure that the door closer worked perfectly. Communication was good and very professional from first enquiry through fitting and invoicing. I will definitely use KB Woodwork Design again.

I recently had two sash windows repaired. One window wasn’t closing properly due to a broken rope. The second window had a rotten sash frame and damaged glass which was replaced. Both repairs were completed very well. The team was professional and communication over Whatsapp and email was very prompt. Everything was left clean and tidy after the work was done. KB woodwork design helped me to realise my idea of a built-in bench with cat litter storage. Kristi’s communication has been excellent from the beginning of asking for a quote to scheduling the work date. Klajd listened to my idea and quickly understood what I wanted. He first pre-made the bench off site and did all the necessary adjustment on-site later. I also appreciate that he used the hoover wilst using the saw in my flat and cleaned up properly after the work. I had a very good experience working with KB and I’m very happy with the end result!
