  House renovations

  We first meet Zen and Sylvester of K Building Solutions when they carried out our kitchen extension. We were very happy with their work and they were very easy to deal with. We then went on to renovate the living room, hallway and front garden. We also had the roof replaced and a loft room created. We used K Building Solutions for all of these renovations They are reliable, honest and very easy to work with. We have recommended them to a few of ours friends and they have also had positive experiences.

  Pantry to bathroom conversion

  Zen and Sylwester come highly recommended. I found them via a recommendation from a friend where they had renovated her house to a really high standard. They have been a pleasure to deal with and are a non stop shop for renovations. They are very experienced and knowledgeable and take great care with their work as well as being flexible with added jobs or changes. They adhered to the original quote and were transparent about costs throughout. They do what they say they will, are punctual, clean and tidy as well as responsive to messages and fun! I hope they can do my next reno job this year.

  Extension and porch roof replacements

  I was fortunate enough to witness Zen and his brother Sylvester of K Building Solutions carrying out some building work for a neighbour opposite my house. On completion, I viewed the work and was absolutely blown away with the transformation of her kitchen and the installation of a downstairs toilet/shower. Said neighbour sang their praises throughout the tour. They were extremely punctual, professional and diligent. They evidently take great pride in their work as it is reflected in the finish of their jobs. I highly recommend K Building Solutions. Wish I'd known about them sooner.

  Bathroom fitting

  The company is Very reliable and efficient. They were very tidy and whilst the building works was going on and we were told if anything needed attention, . They always turned up on the given times. All rubbish was disposed off efficiently.

  Loft refurb, new shower and new bathroom installed

  KBuildingSolutions Limited are the best builders I have ever used (and i have had a few). They delivered a solid performance on our all three of our projects and overall, we were very pleased with the results. From the initial consultation to the final handover, they demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail. The team are well-organized, and communication was clear, which helped to ease the stress of managing all our projects. I would never hesitate to use them again or recommend their services to my friends.
