    Kai, is a lovely person and he is extremely professional. I am a very fussy person and hard to please as I have such high standards but at last I have found a tradesman who works to the highest of standards. Kai is friendly and polite and I have requested his services every 4 weeks. I cannot recommend Kai enough.
