The engineer agreed to fit two toilet seats at a price of £80.

He managed to fit one toilet seat. He said he didn't have the tools to fit the other toilet seat. He said he would return & asked me to pay him £50 & pay £30 once he completes the job. He never answered he calls after I paid him & never completed the job. Lack of honesty. I would have preferred if he told me he couldn't do the job than raise my hopes & not do it. I've had to pay another plumber £60 to get the job done

I had a problem of my toilet cistern and advertised it on Checkatrade. KB Plumbing Services was the first to contact me. The owner asked me for a few photographs of the toilet. He immediately assured me of his ability to fix the problem as soon as he received the photographs. He scheduled the work for the next day. The next day, he came on time as promised and fixed the problem in no time. I find him a professional who is a highly trained and experienced in his work. I would strongly recommend KB Plumbing Services to anyone who might need plumbing services.
