Kyran and team consistently worked hard and carefully. They were helpful and flexible in arranging details in the finish to accommodate the needs of an amateur dramatic group who regularly build a stage in our Community Hall. I have no reason to find any fault, and would happily engage them again. After many years of a cold, damp hall, the two weeks since re-opening have yielded several comments such as "can we reduce the heating - it's too warm". The building is much more welcoming than before. Thank you Kyran and team.

I had a horrible experience with KBL despite their glowing reviews. Their workmanship was shockingly poor, and within two weeks of completion, major issues arose—water pooling in my garden due to a lack of drainage and the collapse of the pergola among other things which I can't include due to word count. I even had to take them to court, but we settled out of court, and I was left worse off. We’re still dealing with the aftermath of their subpar work. If you've hired them, I urge you to get a surveyor to check everything, especially drainage. Buyer beware—don’t trust the hype!
