  Boiler repair

  He was very kind and helped us out same day when we needed him. He travelled a long way to get here too, arrived at a time that suited us. He did an excellent job, our boiler is working again, no freezing nights anymore. Would definitely recommend. Thank you very much.

  First class job. Polite and friendly, extremely tidy and a fab new boiler fitted. The original boiler was inside a kitchen cupboard and Kev reused the cupboard when he resited the old boiler in another room. It’s now neatly housed rather than being on show. All fitted to perfection. I would say that Kev and Cal went the extra mile for us. The job proved more difficult than was thought, trying to find the correct pipes in the tiny loft space plus he had to buy unexpected materials. Thee was no extra charge. The price was as originally quoted. No hesitation in recommending this company.

  Reliable and excellent job!

  Kevin and his team have carried out quite extensive work for us over the years. The recent one being change of all radiators and pipe work. Mark and Callum did an excellent job overall and found ways to negotiate around some challenges along the way. They were very respectful of our property and would leave everything tidied up at the end of every single day. We are very pleased with their work and would recommend them highly to all. They also attend to your needs when there are unexpected emergencies and try and sort them out asap. Thank you

  Smart Thermostat

  Kev came out to fit a new smart thermostat as ours had broken. He phoned first to go through the options and came round a few days later. He arrived on time, and completed the job to a high standard. Kev walked me through how to use it and ensured I was happy with it all before leaving. I think I was just outside the normal service area, but, I appreciate they were happy to help. I would highly recommend KB Gas & Heating Serives Ltd to anyone needing heating installation or a Smart thermostat. Great job.
