Initiative - excellent. Immediately identified potential problems in the original designs and came up with effective remedies. Gave additional feedback which substantially reduced material costs. Timeliness - excellent. The project was installing bespoke cupboards and wardrobes over two months. Property is 400 years old with many uneven and non-standard elements which created unforeseen delays. When project began to fall behind because of this KBC worked extra hours and weekends to meet deadlines. Quality - excellent. Very happy with finished product. Materially exceeded expectations.

Keith quoted for the job quickly and managed to start quite quickly. He was always on time and the quality of his work is lovely. He always cleaned up at the end of the day before leaving. He gave us some advice on options of what we could do with our original design. Very pleased with the finished product.

Keith listened to our requirements and built us a bespoke beautiful wardrobe for our new build. New builds are notoriously difficult for storage and Keith explained our options and helped us maximise our space. Fully trustworthy we left him to deliver the job and went about our working week.
