Great experience today from Kay and team. They arrived promptly and replaced my current kitchen sink at a very reasonable rate. This included cutting the quartz work surface which other plumbers were unwilling to do. really satisfied with the end result.

Arrange for a quote, took 1/2 day off work and nobody turned up. No response to text/WhatsApp either.

Need a toilet fixing to the floor charged me for labor and parts; after doing such bad job he refuses to come back now my whole house smells like a sewage plus he took all the unused parts away with him. I believe there is many who experienced this . Don't use him.

Arrived slightly late but I was kept informed of new arrival time. Initial thoughts about replacement of donut between cistern and toilet pan were complicated by the age of our toilet. This resulted in most parts of the flushing system being replaced. This was carried out well and efficiently. The final price was somewhat higher than the original quote, but considering the extra work involved I am happy with the charge. The area was cleaned and tidied after the work was completed. I'd recommend this company.
