Work was done quickly and professionally, and the new tap is working very well. Would recommend to use Kays Plumbing for future plumbing we may need.

My upstairs toilet was not flushing well. I had called other plumbers before to check and fix the problem but they couldn't. Kay's plumbers identified the problem and fixed the non working toilet in a few hours. I did not have to chase them as they stayed in touch with me from start to finish. I highly recommend them for the plumbing jobs.

We made the mistake of not asking about costs in advance of the job and there was a call out fee which made the job a higher price than I expected It would be really helpful if that was made clear in early chats

The problem with the tank overflowing was very quickly diagnosed and Will (the plumber went out to purchase a new part. When he returned he installed the new part and solved the problem. An excellent job .
