Roger the owner was a most delightful man, his comm's were outstanding, his understanding of the changing situation was exemplary, his workmanship was outstanding and super fast. I would highly recommend him to all. PS the price was exceptional.

2 staff arrived in time , and were all done and dusted 3.5 hours. Fitted new carpet in lounge. removed ancient carpet from bedroom , and cut old lounge carpet and fitted in bedroom. all with new underlay. All very nicely and quickly done , moved furniure and put back , clean and tidy. Nice job really well done.

The work done by Kay's carpets was excellent and absolutely breathtaking. I would highly recommend Kay's carpet to everyone.

Really happy with the quality of the floor provided, the turn around from quote to job was really quick. Will definitely be using again in the future for more flooring.
