Roger and team were really lovely. Got the floor done quickly and they’ve done a beautiful job. Would 100% recommend and we will be having more flooring done by Roger soon.

We posted a job request which was answered quickly by Roger. A time was arranged to suit us. Roger arrived promptly on the dot as arranged, he quickly understood what we required and got to work immediately. The work was excellent with very little mess which Roger cleaned up. The carpet looked great! We would highly recommend the company very professional.

I Can’t fault the team at Kay’s carpet. Absolutely amazing. Roger arranged a suitable time to come and lay new underlay and my existing carpet after having some work on our subfloor done. His communication has been fantastic and the job completed within a very quick timeframe. The price was the most affordable and realistic quote we received . I’m so pleased with the work!! I have other flooring to be laid I will definitely be using Kay’s carpet again. Thank you so much !!

Roger quoted us a good price for living room, bedroom carpets, hallway and Kitchen lino, all supplied and fitted. Slight issue with the warehouse sending the wrong carpet to Roger to fit, and being a bank holiday weekend there wasn't much he could do until after the holiday, however....... he made sure that we were priority job after the warehouse issue and fitted the living room carpet first thing after the bank holiday at 9.00am. Very professional job done and a very polite gentleman. If you're note happy, he's not happy, that's his work ethic. Thank you Roger 👍👍

Roger and his team were extremely professional and efficient throughout and the work (a complete recarpeting of a three bedroom house together with laying of vinyl in the kitchen) was competitively priced. I wholeheartedly recommend them for their expertise, punctuality and sensible pricing.
